Takes too much time to fix something and making excuses for the long wait. Dennis is a mean man, talking down to tenants and neighbors. Hopefully, somebody will do something to make these landlords more legit in terms of landlord responsibilities and obeying tenants rights. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Talk to the other tenants in the facility before you decide to move in with their initial sweet tones, as it's only the first couple that they'll be nice...the rest of your 52 weeks will be frustrating. They'll probably make ridiculous invoices just to take your deposit, so make sure you have proof of how your place looked to back up your claims. I should have caught on to these people before signing the lease.
