I contracted Dan, the owner of LK1428 for an average renovation project in my apartment, nothing to special with an estimated duration of 12-16 weeks. It is now 2 yeas and still not finished. He overpromised and underdeliver on all counts. Many jobs he had to do 2-3 times to get it done, quality of products he uses is the cheapest stuff possible which then needs to be replaced after a few weeks/months. He constantly asks for money as he has zero budget on his own and promises timelines which are never true.
