    LNA Builders were very professional and prompt in attending to my business improvement and home remodeling needs. Not only did they gave us a great price, their service, and attention to detail, and cleanliness / PPE safe work site during this covid pandemic was great.     Company was hired by the property manager to paint the apartment complex.

    LNA Builders, Inc. was likely paid tens of thousands of dollars to paint the property, Tarzana Terraces, located in Tarzana, CA. During which, their contractors and/or employees damaged my parked vehicle with splotches of paint speckles.

    I contacted the president of LNA Builders, Inc. on January 7th regarding the paint damage incident without reply.

    It wasn't until I contacted the property manager, asking him to reach out to them, that they finally responded on January 13th via text and supplemental in-person visit, six days following my initial correspondence.

    Then, after another week and a half, they are offering to pay $200, while I am requesting $300 based on a quote from a detailer that I trust will do the job to my satisfaction.

    I do not know their "guy" nor his capabilities and at this point, do not trust the job will be done correctly. I prefer using a professional of my choosing.

    Actually, since the incident occurred, having the car detailed will not restore it to the car's original condition prior to the damage caused by the company. Some of the paint speckles have since eroded the paint and have left craters on the hood of the car, as the president witnessed during inspection on January 13th. In fact, to restore the car to its original condition prior to the damage caused by his company, a paint job is needed which could easily cost over a thousand dollars.

    I am seeking a resolution that is far less than what I am owed. I have urged the company to put this incident to rest and not force additional measures.
