    Replace rotting decks in courtyard

    Missing Contractor for Deck Repairs

    We hired Loch Construction to remove decks in a center courtyard and replace them with new decks. The decks were removed, so that out of the 4 doors in our house, only 1 could be used. The others had a drop off of several feet without the decks. The only usable door left was about 30 feet from our bedroom where we slept. One would think that there would be some urgency to replace at least some of the decks as soon as possible so that the doors could be used and we would have a safe exit, but it has already been 6 days without anyone showing up for work. We were told someone would be out today, but no one has been here and there have been no calls to let us know if there was a problem.
