By SteveSeptember 8, 2018He built the house I live in. I did not hire him and would not do so.
This builder does not stand behind his work. He built three homes at about the same time next to one another. My home's crawl space drain is at the highest point in the crawl space. If water gets in, which it has, the crawl space has to fill before the water reaches the drain. He says this is correct!!!!
The two other house have peeling paint in the bathrooms after four years. He insists he used the correct paint. I have lived in several homes over the years and have NEVER had paint peel in a babathroom even in older homes.

We had Ron Manning from Lone Oak Builders build our home in 2009. We have always been very happy with the house. It was even a rush job at our request because we had selling and moving timelines to meet. Done on time and budget. Our septic service found a problem with our septic vault and told Ron, who fixed it at his own expense, even though it was a knockout section the vault company forgot and wouldn't fix (this was 2 years after we moved in. The septic worked, but would fill up one side too fast. Now it's perfect). He's the only builder I trust.
