I must admit Ii was a little hesitant to get new windows as I’ve had a lot of nightmares with contractors in the past. Long came out very quickly. Mike was very knowledgable.. would recommend to anyone.

Am very pleased with the work done. Salesman was right on time when he said he was going to be their. Work was done in one day. Roof looks just like the day I bought the house. Clean up was done very well. Yard looked like nothing was done at all. All in all am very pleased with Long Roofing and would recommend them to anybody.

When the two salesmen came to my home, I told them that I would need diverters over both doorways to avoid snow falling on someone which could cause a serious injury. When the metal roof was installed, I asked the project manager about the diverters as there were none installed. He said he would look into it. There still aren’t any diverters on my roof! I paid almost $40,000 for the roof and have been left with a very dangerous situation!
