    $70,000

    Lorenzo Bellamy provided contracting services for my 203K rehab. He hired good people to do the work and most of it was satisfactory to good. He attempted over and over to use cheap fixtures (lighting, plumbing). There were times when I complained about some of the work and I was told, at least twice, that I have an old property (built in 1923). Toward the end of the project he rushed to complete work and refused to do cleanup work inside of the house (new floor tile had spots and paint from workers) he also refused to put a satin finish over a wood plank in my second bedroom. Because he had no prior experience with the 203K program, the work took longer than expected. He was always catching with his finances after each Draw. The project was scheduled to take 3-4 months. It was a 70K project. The project actually took 10 moths. I would NOT recommend Lorenzo for a 203K project.
