Lotus came out two months ago to do the final hookup w pg&e and have the county signoff, which they did, yet i am still waiting to hear from lotus. My last pg&e still did not show any solar, 8months , $60K solar and im still waiting for it to help our bill. Unable to contact anyone there and have place mutiple calls to the installer who they sent to my house who now will not call back. Zero starts for horrible communication.

Communication is lacking. I cancelled my contract, signed with them in July, understood August with the heat wave, called first week of October Joe was suppose to call within a week which I did not receive, gave it another week, emailed a cancellation on 10/18/2022 no one reached out. It’s now 10/26/22. I’m good with no solar!
