we signed a contract with Richard Lucassian for a project on my house and five months later he still did not start the project and he even failed to secure a permit for the job. now five months later he will not return phone calls and emails .
do not hire this contractor you will waste your time and money.
at this point will be sued and he will pay at court and once judgment is issued everyone can see the documents and the facts.
