First and foremost, a truly Godly, honest, straight forward Contractor to work with!! Out of three or four contractors, Cory Gott was the only one to return my call the next day for an estimate to connect our property to Marysville City water and sewer services. There was no procrastination or delay in starting the process. He offered timely and cost effective suggestions which were greatly appreciated, and saved us a fair amount of expense. His work ethic was admirable. He was on site as soon as there was enough sunlight to start working and continued almost to dusk. He and his crew took great pains to preserve as much yard, planting, and fencing as possible. Inspection visits were well coordinated as well as various parts deliveries. The cleanup and finishing dirt/ground work was beautiful. All we have to do now is simply reseed. Cory Gott and his crew worked hard, skillfully, never taking shortcuts, and finished a difficult job a day early. I will always recommend LX Construction in a heartbeat..
