Owner Mark Maness worked with us onsite and proactively communicated all aspects of the carpentry plan, schedule, crew onsite performing work, and any issues that inevitably surface on remodeling projects. As a result, there were few surprises, we were able to monitor daily work progress against the schedule, able to look ahead next days work to be done, and discuss withMark any concerns in real time. Project completed on time, on budget, and great quality. I would highly recommend Mark and his company and plan to call them for future projects.
