Do not trust Mark A Overton, he is a scammer and will low bid your job, not show up to do the work and keep asking for more money. Did a part of a bid job (very sloppy) was paid more than the bid and then he for billed thousands more without finishing the job. Had to hire another contractor to finish, but at least got he the job done. Ma Construction (Mark A Overton) then proceeded to put a fraudulent Mechanics Leon on the property. Stay far away!
