I bet Bathroom Magic was great when the original owner did all of the work. Too bad it has fallen into the hands of someone who appears to have less experience with the craft and doesn't care enough about the customer to take the time to properly explain the expensive product he is selling. Fortunately, they put all of that information on the back of your receipt (where you would obviously look for it) so they can void your warranty later when you start to have major problems. It's not like they "have time to go over everything with you." Shop elsewhere. They couldn't care less.
