Used them for kitchen remodeling through home depot. Terrible service
the subbed work out through a local contractor in my area that was incompetent.

Used them through Home Depot and was such a terrible experience. The girl in their office was very rude and never showed up when they were suppose to. The plumber actually left and just gave instructions to the worker on how to do the plumbing so he didn't have to stay. Needless to say I had a flood in my new bathroom the last day they were on the job. Home Depot should think about who they use or they will start losing remodeling business quickly.

our experience with majestic kitchen and baths was horrendous. they are very shady and bait and switched with a low entry cost for installation and then up charged me on every opportunity - upwards over 33% - 50% higher than the original estimate. make you sign a contract and then have the electrician, plumber, disposal company ... all of them charge you much higher than what was quoted to you. Home Depot uses them as an installer so beware - be careful.

wont provide accurate estimates fully without signing a contract.no measurements so no clear way to know total cost. terrible company and piss poor customer service Home Depot should drop them!

Majestic (which I used through home depot) installed damaged goods then installed parts of the kitchen incorrectly. When I then looked them up it said the company was permanently closed and Majestic was nowhere to be found to fix what they messed up.
