Working with Larry was an absolute disaster. We hired him to build an ADU. He did not complete the project per bid after working for nearly one year. What he was able to complete was substandard work, he misappropriated funds, constantly asked for payment ahead of schedule, was unable to pay his subcontractors and fabricated change orders to cover his mistakes.
