Mr Villa talked a good game but ultimately he did an abysmal job. He did a terrible job laying the patio and walkway bluestone. Neither surface has the correct grade for the water to drain away from the house. We have pooling every time it rains. Water pools against the side of house! Despite repeated calls to fix the problem he didn’t respond. To make matters worse, pointing in several places has crumbled in less than two years. From my experience, I would tell anyone to avoid contracting him. He presents as professional, respectful and knowledgeable but the final product complete contradicts the game he talks. He also resurfaced our drive way but it’s not flat! It’s curve up slightly at the perimeter or a plow can’t properly clear the driveway! As a result, the plow scrapes the surface. How does professional consider that an acceptable job. Additionally, there isn’t enough downward grade away from the garage! Terrible job.
