DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the company Lowe's contracted with to install our counters. The stone has fissues and cracks and this company is writing it off as stone elements we just have to deal with. It looks like our island was broken and glued back together. They cut the opening for our gas cooktop incorrectly and it does not fit in the cabinet. Even though it was their own employee who measured for this, they are claiming no responsibility. So we have a kitchen that we paid top dollar for that looks terrible and that we cannot complete. The installation crew brought the pieces in completely filthy and waited until one of them pulled me aside to sign paperwork before they cleaned them. This was absolutely a ploy so that I would not see the defects before signing the installation was complete. If you want a nice kitchen, do not have Marick do the work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are contracted through Lowe’s. I had a horrible experience with them. The countertop I received is dull! The hole created for my electrical pop up was sloppy done- jagged, chipped, incorrect size and location. The person they sent out to address my concerns was unqualified. I received poor customer service and my issues are still unresolved!!
