I hired them to replace the roof for my elderly parents. They were more affordable than most of other contractors. We signed a contract with the price listed, however, once they started, they would claim that they have to replace couple boards and buy more nails ended up charging us $2000 more. My parent did not really have a choice and paid them. 2 years later roof started leaking. They never put any caulking around chimney, vents and other places. Nails used to secure vents were not nailed so they would be covered by shingles like it is supposed to be done. On top of that nails were not rights size, they were to short and they all came out which caused water damage. I called them and sent them pictures of all this they claimed they will come out and look at it and never did. They don't answer my calls any more. Crooks
