almost a year later and the project is still incomplete when I was quoted roughly 4 months for a 1st floor remodel. major contract issues and demanding of prepayments when contract states payment is due after completion. threatened to cut off power multiple times unless prepayments were made despite not holding up to his end of the contract. Pushed back time frames multiple times, including canceling of appointments with utility companies. Gave push back along the entire selection process, was not easy to get what we wanted done. Issues arose with verbal communications, things that were supposed to be done were invoiced incorrectly and then contractor tried to change the terms of my signed contract. do not recommend.
