Avoid Mars Construction and Remodeling at all costs. Marek Klemensiewicz the business owner is a scam artist who preys on the elderly. My parents are out of $6,000 (the cost the paid as a deposit along with a paying his associated architect). They have nothing to show for it as the money was spent and all they received were useless designs that were rejected by the village. My parents were ripped out of a total of $6,000 with nothing to show for except the rejected redesigns and the financial burden of the loan they took that was intended to build a second level to their home. Another shady element is his receipt of the deposit was from "Mark's Hardwood Flooring" a company that my parents had never dealt with in any fashion (assuming another company owned by Marek). In fact Marek asked that the check be made in that company's name. I warn all in the market for construction and remodeling to use any one else rather this scam artist
