  Major flooding on my patio from the door to the gate .
  Came back to fix once, and now will not finish the work that needs correcting.
  Will not come when he says he will and not keeping his word . The pitch is completely botched with my pavers.
  Now have to hire someone else to correct it.

  Remodel outdoor stairs

  Very sloppy job. I called every other week asking him to fix what he did and he always said he would come by and again and again he never kept his promise to come. This went on for almost a year. He even asked to send pictures of what I wanted fix and I did as he asked. He won’t do a good job and he won’t keep his word.

  Make patio with pavers

  Alex was prompt in giving an estimate and replacing our deck with pavers in July 2020.He told us they needed to be sealed in a year. The following year we kept asking him to seal the pavers and he told us to put it off until August 2021. Memorial Day weekend we noticed what looked like brown spots all over deck. He said he would come over and see what he could do.. He gave us dates and never showed. Usually didn’t respond to texts or calls. When he finally answered,he didn’t show up when he said he would. We are very unhappy with the way the pavers look. They should have been sealed. I would Not recommend him.

  Driveway

  Hired Martinez to redo my driveway. Alex was very responsive in the beginning. Workmanship initially looked good. At 3 month debar pavers began to deteriorate. Called Alex several times, finally sent his guys to replace 3 pavers with new and add mortar to other area. Another 2 months pass, more pavers crack/chip. No further response from company. As of this writing itâ s been 6 months since install several pavers chipped cracked other loose. Concrete chipped / cracking. Paid $8500 to redo driveway. Consider using someone else that uses better material and is more responsive. Someone who stands behind his work.

  Concrete removal and paver installation

  A+++++ from start to finish. We had a large concrete patio demolished/removed and replaced with Cambridge Pavers. Workmanship was stellar and project was completed ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. Crew was prompt, efficient, neat, professional, etc. adding finishing touches we never asked for. A++++++

  We had a major renovation that requires a true professional to take care of the project. We interviewed about 7 companies and Alex stood out to be a genuine and honest. His price was very competitive so we decided to give him a try. Not only he exceeded our expectations, he went beyond them. The work was done quickly and professionally. Every detail was discussed and addressed right away. Alexes team is truly masters of their craft. They work quickly, humbly and always seem to be in a good mood. Very rare to see a team that seems to enjoy working with each other. They are prompt and clean.. they don’t argue and actually care about the work that they do. Highly recommend this contractor. Good job Alex!!

  He is prompt, efficient and produces the exact finished product that was contracted for. His people are hard workers who take pride in their work. Alex is right there beside his men and he insures that the job will be completed on time and as per the contract.
