MD Reno was contracted for a job in my condo to repair damages due to two water leaks at various times. Tim (the owner) & Ethan (Tim's son & apprentice) were prompt & were at my home when they said they would be, cut out the ceiling drywall, located the leak & clamped it for the plumber to repair the next day. A few days after the water damage dried, Frank was back for repairs. There were 4 sizeable holes in my ceiling as the origin of leakage was difficult to locate. Frank arrived at 9:30 & worked non-stop until 6:00. He covered everything with plastic & sealed the damage area from the rest of my condo. Tarps were laid over all my floors & when he was done, he cleaned up all the horrible mess (& I mean horrible!) before he left. The only thing I had to do was Swiffer a few items & run the vacuum to remove a few tiny pieces of debris. He even cleaned my kitchen sink! What service! PLUS he was the most polite, friendly & happiest worker & invited me to review his work several times to get my feedback.
The other leak damage was repaired by Tim & Ethan who completed the job in 3 hours. They repaired the hole in my bathroom, replaced my ceiling vent fan & repainted the ceiling & wall. Excellent job, totally invisible seams & the paint match was spot on! I couldn't even tell that there was ever any damage. And Tim was a constant amusement the entire time! He kept me well entertained! I could have him back again & again as he makes inconvenient, messy repairs an unexpected pleasure. Plus they cleaned up all the mess & even took out my garbage. Great service from a great bunch of guys!
Good people, honest, great work ethics & amusing to boot. You can't go wrong.
