Our last project with Master Touch has resulted in absolute failure. We contracted directly with Master Touch to install hardwood floors. They used a subcontractor to conduct the work. Once the job was complete, we immediately noticed cupping and uneven floors in several areas in all of the rooms. It was determined by 5 experts that the flooring was not installed properly. Master Touch filed a claim with their own insurance company to cover the costs to redo the work. It was denied. Master Touch informed us that it was denied because they failed to obtain the proper sub agreement to insure the work conducted by the sub contractor. We have been trying to get compensation from Master Touch to redo the installation work for over a year. There are no words sufficient to describe the hassle we have endured for the last year.
