    Site work needed to build an ADU.

    I used Zentner Construction for all the site work for my ADU construction. Matt's team was super considerate, thorough, and professional. I couldn't be happier with their work, which was efficient and tidy. They always went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and was finished completely. Their wonderful help was a huge part of making my project a success!

    We found it to be pleasurable to work with Matt Zentner. He was prompt in returning our calls and answering our emails.     We have used Zentner Construction 2 times for rough grading on our 5 acre parcel. The work done exceeded our expectations and was completed on time per our agreement.

    barn rebuild, slab, and septic

    Matt and his crew worked with my husband and me to rebuild our barn and install restrooms. Matt made it easy for us to ask questions and make multiple changes. Matt also installed our septic system, we had originally been told we would need a pump system but Matt was able to design a traditional gravity system and saved us thousands of dollars. Job well done!!! We couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you!
