Met with Joe in April. He told me he would provide me with a quote/estimate in one to two weeks. I waited three weeks and then called his office and left a message. Someone called me the following day and said he was busy but would only need another week to provide the estimate. Two more weeks go by and I left another message. No response. Three more weeks go by and I call back again and his incredibly rude "secretary," as she calls herself, told me that Joe dropped the ball and she was going to text him. No apology, in fact, she was pretty obnoxious. There was no consideration of my time from either of the two of them.
