    He was hired as site supervisor
    $350,000

    Hired by my contractor as the site supervisor. Didn't supervise and when city issued a stop work order rather than cleaning up his mess, he submitted a fraudulent document to DOb and walked away from job leaving home owner to clean up with a new contractor and homeowner to pay for his violations.
