We had a full remodel including kitchen and bathrooms last summer. After completing, we had a list of minor items to be finished, most important was our master shower that leaks onto the floor, potentially damaging the new flooring and condo beneath us.
We have tried to contact them for the last 7 months to fix the remaining issues. They don't answer calls, texts or emails. We ended up tracking down the owner in their parking lot last month.He did come by ( days after the agreed upon day ) to look at remaining items and said they would take care and now we are back to the ignoring our calls, etc.
we had some issues during the remodel that we were willing to dismiss but this is inexcusable!
We are extremely disappointed with this company!
