Konrad, came out to our home in Crest Hill, to repair a problem we had with a outside spicket. He was on time, listen to our problem and explained what he was going to do before hed did anything. The spicket was right above one of my wifes plants, he made sure he did not damaged her plant doing the repair. I thought so much of his professional manner i gave him my daughter's phone number for her plumbing problem.
