I am an attorney , property owner and Trustee of several estates.
I have known Mega , specifically Sayad Amerian for about 16 years when he worked for one of my clients. Once he went on his own, I started using him for various commercial and residential projects for me personally and for clients and Trusts where I served as Trustee. I have given him perhaps 6 or 7 jobs from high end, medium and touch up work. I represent a lot of contractors and handle construction law as part of my practice but will always stick with Mega.
In every single instance Mega (thru Sayad ) performed above expectations at a fair price. In his most recent commercial project in a building I own as Trustee , Sayad had the task of converting a dual occupancy for just one tenant . He completed the work so quickly that the tenant was not ready to move her entire operations into her new combined space. In another Century City total remodel of an expensive condominium, the Association manager advised me that Mega was the cleanest, quietest contractor who ever performed work on a project in that vast complex and they received not one complaint from any of the picky complaint-prone neighbors . He leaves his work spotless each day and sparkling when completed.
One time I had Mega handle a large remodel of our own large commercial property in Chatsworth. The architect selected an overly bright light blue color which I hated. Once I selected a new color, he repainted the entire large building and di d not charge me extra even though I had approved of the first color. These sort of gestures cannot be measured. Not only that, Sayad is competent , vastly experienced, and has saved me vast amounts of money over the years with sound advice and having a great well supervised crew who all seem happy to be working for Mega. with Mega, one needs few subcontracors as he and his crew do most of the work unlike most general contractors.
