Mr. Singh was recommended to me by National Housing Renovation as a carefully screened and qualified contractor to replace my roof. The work was completed in August 2017. During a March 2018 nor’easter the roof leaked, flooding the rear of my house from the top floor to the basement. The ceilings of three rooms and my foyer were damaged. Mr. Singh sent two workers to assess the damage and to make repairs. He was not present at any time during the work on the roof. In a subsequent conversation he stated that a seam had opened up and that “It happens”. As the entire roof had supposedly been replaced, I question this response. The leaking continued such that additional repairs to the roof were necessary. And the affected ceilings needed to be repaired. They will require scraping, application of joint compound, priming and painting.
The contractor’s attitude was unperturbed and cavalier as opposed to concerned and conscientious. Mr. Singh did not come out to my home from the time the work began until her appeared to get my signature that the job was done. His competency became a question for me. This job cost $14,000.00.

Communicating with Mr. Sahil was a disaster. He is not a man of his word and his work is not worth the money. He is not trust worthy and he claims to be professional but he isn’t. He has a shady business and as the review above reveals, he is never seen at the job site. His contracts are a joke! Nothing is detailed so it actually leaves lots of room for him to change his mind or do whatever he wants at the end. His materials ate cheap and nothing is handmade as they claim. After the work was done, it shout have been at least $5,000 less. In my life on construction, I’ve never met such a terrible contractors There are so many contractors in the area, find yourself a real one who has honor in what they do and can guarantee their work.
