Michael was very quick to come fix our leak. When the issue was not fixed, we contacted him to let him know. After speaking with him (in which we even have pictures of our text conversation)he agreed to refund us our money. He needed more time which we gave and when we contacted him at that point he said he didn't have it due to being short handed. Two days later when we contacted Michael again, he was very rude and disrespectful to my husband on the phone via text. Making all the excuses to not pay, calling him names, and refusing to find a solution. Michael completely changed the story around about my husband and I only trying to make himself look better in the situation. I would never recommend him to do any repairs.
