Cosmetic updates, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel

A smooth talker with a lot of promises and guarantees. He ended up being WAY over budget and whizzed past more deadlines than I can even imagine. The work was OK, but for what I paid for I should have the Taj Mahal and instead I have a second-rate rental grade home.
