It's always hard finding a general contractor that you can trust but after going through a few quotes with other contractors, I found that Mike, along with his wife Melina, were the most honest, attentive, reliable, prompt and creative team we got to work with. They will give you an honest price, not a lowball to get there foot in the door, but an honest price that covers all expense. They will also listen to your vision but will also give you advice and other ideas along the way with pro's/ cons for you to consider. Naively I had asked at the beginning of the project if we could forgo getting the city involved and he insisted that we do to ensure that his work is legit and that we are also covered for insurance purposes (something that I had not considered). All the work they do is legit and one inspector told me that, in his opinion, he's one of the best local contractors. Mike and Melina did a whole house remodel for us: Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, slider, windows, in/out water lines, electric panel, paint... the whole sh'bang and we couldn't be happier. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and we are getting ready to use them again.
