Mike's been around for a long time, he's now in the Mastery Stage of his career and life. We used him to help us plan and buy land for a $4ooK home several years ago: he was meticulous and professional, while being friendly and honest. I backed out of that project because I felt serious illness in my near future...sure enough! We're now asking Mike to help us with some remodel work; he and his landscape guy were here bright and early last week! They figured out everything I thought was an unworkable problem: flooding of the yard with each rain. Typical Mike.
If you use Mr. Cleveland and his crews you will NOT be disappointed. He doesn't overdo things, he offers minimal options to keep costs down, but he KNOWS how to do things upscale. He's just a great quality builder.
