  I would not recommend this person to anybody, he’s a complete Con Artist, disrespectful too, he’s favorite grace was “ No Worries “ it took me a while to understand the meaning coming from him it meant Shot your mouth ending the conversation. He never fixed the cracks in my husband’ office and trough other 3 bedroom apartment, repainted my husband’s office I have paid him twice because he added again in next invoice the cracks and craves in the ceiling and walls, anytime I posted out the door frame needs sanded, it was completely ignored “ No Worries “ he said and never bothered. As for the closet shelves I paid him to make sure the brackets are well installed and replaced two shelves, he got paid but never bother fixing. The installed the kitchen sink but not sooner he finished the project water under the sink was gushing through the pipes he reasoning was it was my fault because the pipes I bought was plastic. He always had an excuse for he mediocre job, the outlet plate in the kitchen was loose instead of screwing back oh he smeared glue under and told my housekeeper not to say anything to me because he was done with his job. Finally he said he didn’t sanded down certain walls because my apartment was too old. He got paid very well and on time, I should have held back his last payment until he finishes the job but I did not , I couldn’t wait to get rid of him I was already stressed out and unhappy with this moron, in one occasion he touched my neck, he carries out a unapproved behavior.Lawrence and Laura stelter. PS right after he left I hanged my clothes in the closet the bracelets began to cave in everything brackets and all felt on the floor.
