We used Mile Square Construction as the general contractor. They did a good job and they were inexpensive compared to the other bids I received. They also stuck to their estimates. Some contractors were almost impossible to get to commit themselves to a price range. On the other hand Mile Square is not fast. They take a long time to do the job. But you save money. I think you cannot have everything.
