We hired the Jacksonville, FL office to do our home's windows in May 2016. After multiple "no-show" appointments to measure, install, etc, we now cannot pass county inspection and headquarters in Indiana say "They cannot help us."
We didn't pass inspection in early August and were still waiting. We tried calling the Jacksonville office this week and the guy said they closed. When we called the corporate office in Indiana, we were told they could do nothing for us, that we were out the money, and we had to pay ourselves to finish the windows to pass the county permit inspection. That is one crappy way to run a company, franchise-owned or not. I DO NOT recommend this window-replacement company to ANYONE.
