Mr. Moultrie was a recommendation to repair my four inch water and sewage line. This required me contacting my homeowners insurance to kick in. Mr. Moultrie was very overbearing with his price quote, which seemed high. Mr.Moultrie worked alone and was limited in what he could accomplish. Long story short Mr. Moultrie demanded to be paid up front, walked off the job and never returned to complete work had been paid for. I paid another contractor to complete his work . BEWARE!
