I would not use John to sweep my driveway. He is a liar, con-man and a thief. He uses the cheapest materials, sometimes used materials and then state he will treat your home like he treats his home. Told us he has made his money already and he does this because he enjoys the work. They only thing he enjoys is ripping people off. He does not own a home so easy to say he will treat our home like his. He declared bankruptcy to get out of paying another lawsuit. STAY AWAY - FAR FAR AWAY from John Reid

It's too bad he can't get his act together. He shows up late, work for a couple of hours, takes a long lunch & sometimes comes back for 1-2 hours if you're lucky. He'll start a job, but you have to contact him over & over to complete. He asked to get paid early, I gave him paint with an egg finish, he did it in a flat finish. I have no idea what he did with my paint. He complained about "his guy", but guess what, his so called guy is someone he picked up at a day laborer site. I left him/them in my house unattended! You don't save any money, you have to hire someone to fix what he left behind. What John is good at is selling you his knowledge, he's a good salesman.

DO NOT USE JOHN REID!!!!
I am about to take legal action on several thousand dollars he took to purchase our awnings and then just disappeared. He will not return phone calls or texts.
We had to hire another contractor to fix the mess he made reconnecting our solar panels.
Reid is the "CON" in the term Contractor!!
I am not just going after our money, we are looking for criminal prosecution for fraud and Grand Larceny at this point.
People in numbers help to show a pattern so please reach out to [email protected]. -

John comes across as a nice guy but is extremely unorganized. He is also a liar. He tells you that he is coming over to do the work. You wait for him and then he does not show up. This happened time and time again. The quality of the work is marginal. My project with him went on for months and is not finished. Do not use John Reid for any project. With all the legitimate contractors out there you can do much better than to use John

Home Rejuvenations is a great company to work with!!!
In the three years that I have worked with John he has completely remodeled my entire home. From windows and doors, a kitchen remodel, three bathrooms, floors and paint. Everything about this company is great. I highly recommend them. -

John comes across as a nice guy and knowledgeable but he is deceitful and incompetent. His workmanship is of poor quality and he cuts corners wherever possible. Do not use this contractor!!!! He is a liar and a thief.

John is a nice guy and for the most part does fine work. However, the quality does not approach great and there have been multiple call-backs to fix work previously completed and installed incorrectly the first time.
Get everything in writing and DO NOT pay any money in advance until it is due (progress payments only).
With thousands of other options in Orange County, we'll be using a different contractor for our future projects.

$10,000 Judgment Now Can Be Enforced
John failed to present himself twice, the second hearing being scheduled at his request. The comments offered by others about John Reid - Home Rejuvenations are similar to my experiences and ultimately his behavior resulted in a $10,000 Judgment HE personally is responsible for.
THE MOTION TO VACATE JUDGMENT REQUESTED BY DEFENDANT JOHN REID WAS HEARD AND CONSIDERED. THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS THAT THE MOTION BE DENIED.
Home Rejuvenations no longer exists, John Reid's Contractor license has been revoted, and the bond paid out to another law suit John Reid lost.
