I would rate them 0 if I could. They are very inexperienced, floor tiles were installed crooked, tiles are misaligned and not evenly spaced. Steps are too short and have no overbite, he used outside stones for inside work which leave very rough look and feel. No finishing skills, very amateurish at best. You agree on A and they deliver B. Wall left unfinished, door never delivered or installed. He remove sink to make space and never re-installed. LED lights were installed by punching sheetrock instead of drilling or cutting, no touch up. Worse, they insisted on collecting a 2nd deposit in cash for the fence and the very next day they disappeared with the money.
