    restore kitchen

    Thank you MSB Disaster and Recovery Services for coming so fast to resolve my flooded kitchen. The technicians were professional, trustworthy, and experts at what they do. Being a business owner and a mother of 3 its hard dealing with disasters, but MSB took their time exlaining the process and assured me I'm in good hands. I will admit Its frustrating with how long the process took, but I know it was for a good cause. Anyways, thanks again for helping us through this challenging time. I'll recommend you to anyone in need.

    Hired the MSB company for emergency response (drying up the floor) as well as the repair, following a leak on living room of my apartment. During the emergency work, they took the wooden baseboard and cover, so they can get new ones – similar to original ones – when the time comes for repair. The baseboard was unique to the bar area, different from rest of the living room. Enclosed photo shows the two areas from which baseboards were taken.
    The company decided not to take on the repair work when the home insurance approved a payment less than their estimation, but took them 55 days to notify me of their strange decision.

    When I asked for sample wooden pieces, so I can purchase similar new baseboards accordingly, it took the company 8 more days to respond with “we have discarded them”! To my disbelief, they had discarded what belonged to the client, without permission, and without taking any form of responsibility or accountability. The foreman, Ruben Rubalcava, dismissed my request with “the insurance carrier should be paying for those pieces”! missing on the whole point that I needed the samples in order to match new baseboards to the original ones.

    I do not recommend working with MSB. As much of the big name they have, they deliver little, and leave you in regret at the end.

    TERRIBLE The amount of destruction that was done to repair a small leak was not proportionate to the amount of water damage. There was no communication during the pack out so as a result the bill was greater than the cost of the contents. DO NOT USE
