    We used My Botanica for my house project and I wish I would read the reviews first. They have been nothing but difficult to deal with. I rarely leave bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to go through the same problems and headaches we did. Don't waste your time with Facundo, trust me when I say that he is one of the worst subcontractors we have ever worked with.

    I used My Botanica and I'm sorry I did. Facundo always said "Sure", and never followed through, just did what he wanted. Poor oversight of workers.
    While he was building 2 small retaining walls I noticed my 5, five gallon buckets of artificial stone were missing from my yard. I complained and a few days later they reappeared about 3/4 full. I could never get an explanation of why they were removed. Later I discovered over a dozen of my miscellaneous bricks were also missing. His workers were stacking a wall with dry stack blocks but stacking them up the contour of the earth. When I told him the rows needed to be stacked "level" he repeatedly insisted they were level. I had to put a 4' foot level on the blocks and take a photograph of the bubble pressing against the side to prove to him he was incorrect. His workers then restacked the block correctly. He stacked 2 courses of a 4 course wall and never returned to finish the job as he promised.
    We wanted bougainvillea planted on a hillside Facundo suggested 30 plants, I said 15 would do the job. His workers planted 15 pushed to one side. We agreed 3 more plants were needed to fill the gap. I couldn't believe it when he insisted I pay for the additional plants!
