VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Jarrett was recommended to us by a family member whom he had recently did installations. With that, in June 2022 we had him install mini split units throughout our home. He was timely and did a good job. However, this is where it ends. In April of 2023 | contacted Jarrett to schedule our first service that was included in our contract. He stated he started his servicing of systems in June and would put us on the list. In July I contacted him since I had not heard from him, no response. I contacted him both in text and phone calls again in August, September and October and still no response. I reminded him of our contract with him and his assurance of commitment to his warranty and servicing of our system. My concern was the factory warranty would be voided without yearly maintenance. Still no response. Not only did he not fulfill his contract with us, we had to hire another company to service our systems. I had even recommended him to a friend at the time of install and she hired him for units in her home. Unfortunately, she is running into the same issues we are having with him as well as the family member who recommended him. I would definitely not recommend him. Zero stars for communication and customer service!
