I’d like to give a big shout out for Rhode Island General Contractor, David Rosati of New England Building and Restoration for a successful roof replacement/restoration on our house in Cumberland, Rhode Island. A big storm caused considerable wind damage requiring insurance restoration, ultimately for the whole roof and gutter. From the first day to completion David and Kathleen helped us to navigate through the insurance nightmare. We couldn’t have done it without their understanding of the insurance world and the communication needed to get it done. What is really remarkable is David was key to increasing the initial payout from the insurance company from about $190 to over $30,000! That is not a typo friends. My wife and I were astounded over the low-ball payout from our insurance company. David & team acted on our behalf and demonstrated to the Insurance company that the entire roof, gutter system, and some interior ceiling required replacement/restoration.

N.E Building & Restoration completed my grandads roof replacement in Dennisport Massachusetts. The communication with Kathleen & David throughout the entire process start to finish was amazing and so smooth. If you’re looking to get your roof replaced, this is the company to hire! We got multiple prices and NEBR gave us the best quote. Even though it wasn’t the cheapest, it wasn’t close to the most expensive. Thank you Kathleen & David for giving us pease of mind and installed a beautiful new Owens Corning roof on our family cottage!! We will be recommending you to all friends and family if they ever need any remodel or roof replacement

This is a late review for a job David did for us in the spring of 2021. The roof of our rental house in RI was damaged, and because we lived quite far away, we reached out to a few roof contractors. Many of them were not as communicative as David was.
David was very detailed when explaining how the process would be like, especially for us who didn’t live nearly. David was super helpful and assistive in communicating with our insurer, field adjuster, tenant, and everyone involved in this project. During the progress, David kept me updated on every step of the project and sent the pictures to me as well. David also even did an extra fix to our ceiling for free which we were super happy about. After the roof completion, David also assisted me with the reimbursement of the claim.
I waited a while to write this review to see how the roof is holding up, and David has done a perfect job. There is no complaint of any sort of roof damage or leaking. I want to thank David for the excellent job and would recommend David without a doubt to anyone who wants peace of mind and saving from the pocket. He will absolutely give you 1000% satisfaction.
