  Chris Neff is the most experienced general contractor ive ever met. He does it all. Framing, finish carpentry, plumbing, electric, hes an excellent tile worker, sheettock installation and finishing, builds fantastic decks and is sll togethet capable of building an entire house from scratch but since his brother Billy retired Chris sticks mainly to additions and kitchen and bathroom remodels. I have done several projects with Chris and he never fails me. Whatever i be ask for he finds a way to get it by done on time snd on budget. He is transparently honest and would never take be a dime he did not earn. An excellent value. Chris does a lot by himself so it might take s little longer to get your project complete. But his prices are half of some of the estimates i got from other conttactors. I feel totally safe leaving town and coming back when the dust had settled because i know Chris Neff is going to get it done snd get it done right. The quality of his work is as good or better than the pricier GC's with all their subs and you will pay half cause he does not farm out work to people that you have to wait to be available, bickering about how could his price be so low he must not be worth it. But chris is a one man crew he is 6'6" and id say 275lbs. And very strong. I we would highly recommend Neffco Contracting LLC. If he does something you dont like he will in most cases fix it free of charge. He is not evencafraid to pick up a paint brush. Whatever it takes to get the job done.

  bathroom remodel

  I would not recommend this contractor. After spending over $15 k to remodel a bathroom, several years later I had to rip it out due to poor construction. When i confronted Chris Neffco he stated that it must have been the fault of the person that layed the tile. When reminded him that his folks layed the tile he then blamed the plumber. I reminded him again that he was the General Contractor that hired the plumber. I had to listen to jibberish and blaming others. Meanwhile it is costing me another $10k to repair. The shower lining was layed incorrectly thus collecting water until the floor rotted out and almost gave way. The grief, pain and cost goes without saying . Stay away.
