Nic Design got the permits for my property but needed a few pushes or reminders before it was done and processed. They got what I needed accurately after quite some emails (2-3 days back and forth). I would say they are reliable on getting what you need to be done but I won't say they're the best on speed and being on top of things without being pushed (or reminded).

If you're looking for professional contractor for your specific project then I wouldn't recommend the one that I hired. The reason being the contractor that I had mainly communicate in Chinese only and you will have difficulty due to language barrier.
