A couple of years ago, my husband and I decided that we wanted an outdoor living area. We hired a contractor and architect (both of whom a friend had recommended) and began the process of design. Within about three weeks, they both stopped returning phone calls, they didn’t respond to emails, they didn’t respond to texts; we had to begin another search. This is when we found Nicholas Builders. Nick, the owner, was a God-send. He redid the original design and gave us what we had dreamed of. Nick and his team are extremely conscientious, making suggestions and improvements throughout the construction. Nick was here every day with his team, checking on the day-to-day progress of this huge undertaking: a large A-frame cover, fireplace, built-in television, barbeque, dishwasher, sink (with hot and cold water), storage for plates, silverware, glasses, etc., a refrigerator, and a firepit. Nick and his group also redid our pool and all of the cement work in the backyard.
After looking at our absolutely gorgeous backyard, we decided to have our front yard redone. Nick did the complete design with more than we could have even imagined – and – stayed within the budget that we had given him. Our front yard now has a courtyard with a sitting area around a firepit. It also has a stunning fountain. The entrance to our house is quite amazing. I still stop to look at it and stare in awe.
This year, we decided to redo our master bath/dressing area and master bedroom closet. So, again, we called Nicholas Builders. Nick, again, designed the entire project – which we loved. Nick designed and is building the entire vanity, new linen cupboards, and an entirely new master closet. We are extremely excited to see the finished project!
I strongly recommend Nicholas Builders!
