Nicholas is prompt, dependable, and professional. His work was high quality and he paid great attention to detail. His initial estimate was on point. We were very pleased with the work Houle Property Services did.

Do not use this contractor. He does not stand behind his work. I used Nick to replace a roof and the roof leaked and there was black mold on the inside of the attic. It cost me $1600 to have the mold removed and Nick left me holding the bag. He would not stand behind his work.
