They are the worst!! They are unprofessional and rude. The employees need to be trained on how to speak to customers. They came out to check our AC and wouldn’t give us a breakdown of the problem/price. They told us we have to pay 1400.00 but wouldn’t tell us why. Apparently they are not allowed ?? We have to get it from our home warranty?

The people that answer the phone are ignorant …. DON’T USE THEM..

What they have truly earned is zero stars. Some ways to describe them: unprofessional, unreliable, caught in several lies, rude, complete lack of respect and sympathy for anybody. They dragged out our simple AC issue for 7 weeks and along the way all they did was blame everyone else. Meanwhile my family and I had to sleep in the basement as our house went above 90 degrees! In one conversation, the person I spoke with changed his story three times. First they lied about waiting on the home warranty company to order the part and waiting for the part to arrive, when they didn't even send the diagnosis to the home warranty company yet. Then I had to work with the home warranty company to stay on top of them. When the part was attempted to be delivered by FedEx nobody was there to receive it so FedEx eventually required an appointment for Priority to pick it up. The story Priority gave me one week was that they were very sorry for the delay and they were going to pick the part up the next day. They scheduled to complete our work the following week and I got a confirmation text. I rearranged my work schedule to be home on that day, which isn't easy to do. They never showed up. When I called to find out what happened and when they would be here it was a long list of excuses and blaming everyone else--FedEx, the Home Warranty company. They never own up to anything. The story I received first that day was that the part never made it to them and they don't go pick up parts. Later in the same conversation he told me that the part was delivered two weeks ago and it was the wrong part. This is the same person who told me the week before that they were sorry for not getting the part yet and they were going to pick up the part from FedEx the next day and come install it the following week. THEY set the appointment up with me, THEY sent a confirmation text, but when I asked why I didn't get a cancellation call or text from them, all they could do was blame the home warranty company and then proceed to trash talk that company. They couldn't even take responsibility for not sending me a cancellation notice. Take my advice, DON'T EVER USE PRIORITY COMFORT LLC and if your home warranty company uses them, ASK FOR ANOTHER CONTRACTOR! Don't go through the 7 week nightmare we went through.

    worst contractor ever

Sadly they are liers, they do not keep their promises, do not return phone calls, text messages or emails. I called the 20 times bleeding with them to come down and finish the job they started but never replied . I have a one year baby, 87 year old mom and a cat and a dog. The temperature reached 90 inside the house.
This action on their part prompted me to contact my attorney, the BBB office and my attorney is in the process of suing them for every illegal buck they made.
We are looking for as many mistreated customers as we can get to have them out of business.
