    Absolutely the worst we have ever encountered! David Law was someone we have known for years and put our trust in when we had to rebuild our home due to a house fire and he truly took advantage of us and the situation. David robbed "Peter to pay Paul"...knowingly not paying some of his subs in full despite receiving payment in full from us and signing off on lein releases and waivers for every payment received. (Electricians shared concerns of not receiving payment which is why they were delayed throughout the project and will not warranty faulty issues after because David did not pay them in full and tile guy came back to kindly do warranty but advised David "ghosted" him and did not pay him final payment who knows who else had to deal with that). David Law was absent throughout most of the job, causing us to take time away from work and oversee the project to ensure things were completed as much as possible, he constantly lied about the cause of delays blaming his subcontractors only to find out from the door company, tile guy and electricians and brick layer and concrete guy that David was the cause of delay and unorganization. David and his helper EJ put frosted glass interior doors up backwards (some had frosted glass facing out to the room and some had shiny side of glass facing out), my daughters bedroom door opened out into the hallway instead of into her room like the rest of the doors, base boards were not fully completed and trimmed out properly, exterior doors were not supplied by company he stated (as the supervisor from the company and the rep from the company came out after construction to assist us and stated the doors were not from them) and exterior doors are not properly trimmed and sealed, electrical panel keeps flipping, our well was busted and electricians stated David was aware and claimed he would tell us and never did, drywall in master bath has fallen apart (was able to thankfully contact sub ourself to get fixed because David has ignored all calls, emails and txt), lanai ceiling is separating and several other issues such as not getting us our Certificate of Occupancy for part 2 of the project (our new build of our detached garage, and we connacted the city ourselves to do) and much more. With all of this being said we had a warranty agreement signed off by David Law which was valid for all work done by him and his subs upon final payment and we attempted to contact David multiple times via call with no answer, text with no response and multiple emails regarding every issue listed above and more with no response ever. David is sloppy, messy, has an uncontrollable temper towards his clients and subs , is a liar and a theif taking peoples money and not getting the job done per the outlined agreements.
